We are real people

Our consultants are just normal people - people who speak plain english, and understand how difficult starting and growing a business can be. We pride our selves in being down to earth and not too formal, making us easy and fun to work with.

What drives us is being part of a team, just like one of your own staff members, helping everyone in a business achieve success from all directions.

We have real experience

Our consultants have been involved in building successful businesses from scratch. Successful experiences starting out in situations with excellent industry knowledge but low level general business knowledge, right through to new businesses beginning with excellent business knowledge in industries with no prior experience.

We understand how critical it is to fully understand your business, and what is needed to achieve goals in a business - whether that be having a saleable business, or at least one where the whole success doesn't hinge upon one or two core team members and the knowledge they have held within.

We have realistic expectations

We understand that small businesses can't always take on every challenge that they face immediately. Therefore, we have deliberately kept our services affordable for SME businesses. We understand capital can be a limiting factor, and we have suitable options for funding - whether finance, payments plans or public funding via the Regional Business Partners Network.

We won't over burden you with too many changes at once - that can be scary for many and mean that the real benefit of each component of our work can't be realised. We will work with you to take a staged approach through prioritised projects that will see the most benefit for your business.

We don't just provide you with expert advice and walk away. We make change happen - we implement changes alongside your team, educate and upskill all involved, and offer ongoing support.
